25th Anniversary

Casting convention to the wind, the band determined to do something really daring to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2007. It was decided to create a commemorative band shirt in order to do something previously unheard of: present a uniform appearance. Gone was the "Any colour shirt as long as it's got vertical stripes" philosophy, a mantra that has been intoned lo these many years! The graphics firm of Marsh & Green was commissioned to create a suitable crest, and men's apparel icon, J. W. Armstrong et Cie, selected shirts on which to append it.

The results are displayed in these photographs taken recently at Gary Sorensen's 'Jazz In The Olympics' festival in Port Angeles, WA, taken by good friend Dick Dice. Before proceeding, please first click on the "Click to see the sales force" link below, where we acknowledge the contribution of the ladies who sit patiently selling our CDs wherever we go: Vicki Armstrong, Mary Pelland and Jean Marsh.
